Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you browse our site we do not collect any personal information about you. The only way we collect any personal information is if you knowingly give it to us when you place an order. We, of course, never disclose any information to third parties and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to let you know about our news and special offers. You can let us know at any time if you do not wish to receive emails from us. If you have any questions or comments about this, please contact us.
You can purchase products directly from us in three ways:

If you would prefer to order via the telephone simply give us a call on 0845 052 9455 and we are happy to place an order for you. However, we regret that we currently do not have manual card processing facilities. We accept cheques so as soon as we have received your cheque we will send you your products. Please make your cheque payable to: 2organic and post it to:
Po Box 60, Hassocks, West Sussex, BN6 0BB.
3. Print an order form
Complete the order form and return it to us with a cheque made payable to: 2organic and post it to:
Po Box 60, Hassocks, West Sussex, BN6 0BB.
We will then contact you and let you know when the goods will be delivered.
Delivery
All orders are sent either by Royal Mail or our chosen courier. They should arrive within five working days of your order. If we are out of stock of any items that you have ordered we will contact you immediately and give you a revised delivery date.
Post & Packaging rates are (UK Mainland):
Order value less than £20 = £2.95
Order value £20 - £45 = £3.95
Order value £45 - £100 = £4.75
Order value over £100 = free delivery
N Ireland and the Highlands and islands of Scotland are priced per delivery - please call us for details.
For Europe and rest of the wold please enter your order and we will email you the postage for you to confirm before dispatch the order.
Returns
Every care is taken to ensure that each product reaches you in perfect condition, but should this not be the case, please return it within 7 days for a replacement or refund, providing it is in its original packing and in saleable condition. Please send us your receipts and a short note, stating your order reference, name and address. We cannot refund postage cost on returned goods, but please do ensure you have proof of posting your item back to us from the Post Office.
U. K. residents wishing to cancel an order should return the goods to:

2organic will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made.
Disclaimer
At the moment the law requires that unless a substance or product has a medical licence, no claim can be made as to its efficacy for a medical condition. Our products are formulated to be kind to sensitive skin, however we recommend patch-testing on a small area of skin before use, especially if you haven't used the products before.
